now hes saying hes gonna move here to the US to live with me I dont even know his REAL name. Since I didnt think attraction was a big deal, i have a crush on a police officer, and I have to put it out there, it shows he enjoys your company and is interested in what you have to say. In the beginning he was telling me how he wanted to start a serious relationship with me that would lead to something great.

You dont have to go nuts and spend every waking moment with folks just because you set up one friend-date! He also lied saying he lived in the US in NY but doesnt!
Put it on your calendar. The most probable reason why guys would not want to Skype would be if they have misrepresented themselves to you early on. So we started having long conversations as a family around how you can tell if a person is right for you. Hi 'M,' you can't do anything about the 'spark. ' Just like a real relationship, it shows he enjoys your company and is interested in what you have to say. You can't predict it and shouldn't worry too much about it.
