The most probable reason why guys would not want to Skype would be if they have misrepresented themselves to you early on. now hes saying hes gonna move here to the US to live with me I dont even know his REAL name. Im wondering if its the SAME guy?!

In the beginning I was so happy I kept thinking about him but now Im slowly drifting away. You decide what kind of social life you want. How often do you see something that makes you think of a friend. Take it one day at a time. It takes less than a minute to snap a photo and text it to them. You can't predict it and shouldn't worry too much about it. He made bad choices and telling him to make better choices clearly did not resonate. He was lonely, they now feel that Skyping would expose them, it can become stronger over time or fade.
